Memory Dogg buys products from a wide array of vendors. We buy from recyclers, stocking distributors, OEMs,
brokers, other memory companies as well as individuals. We also buy parts that are consigned to us from companies
that need our help in marketing their products and we do sort-and-settle deals as a service.

disrupting the market on those parts. Example: A company that dismantles servers for parts has 800 pcs. of an item,
but only needs to stock 200 pcs. That's where Memory Dogg steps in and makes the 600 pcs disappear quietly, never
again to resurface as working modules. We do not resell such items as working modules to compete with our vendors'
sales pricing on proprietary items. Because we sell most server memory as chips on boards, the chips will be pulled
for reuse in another application, and the parts disappear.
